Terms of Service

Hermes Robet — effective 9 November 2026.

1. Scope

Hermes Robet ("the app") is a private automation tool operated by Robert Devi Yanu Wibisono for his own Google accounts. It is not offered, licensed, or made available to any other person, and it has no public sign-up.

2. Permitted use

The app may be used only by its owner, only on accounts and devices he controls, and only for personal productivity: mail triage, scheduling, document and spreadsheet handling, and internal reporting. Any use that violates Google's terms, applicable law, or the rights of others is prohibited.

3. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Automations may fail, and outputs may be incomplete or incorrect; the owner reviews any consequential action.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including missed messages, missed appointments, or errors in generated reports.

5. Data and privacy

Handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Third-party services

The app calls Google APIs under the owner's own OAuth consent. Google's terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy apply to that usage. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Changes and termination

The owner may modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
